Junior SAC Camp (July 22, 23, 24)

In these weekly sessions, athletes will learn body weight exercises using proper form, improve coordination through agility and jump training, increase stamina through paced workouts, and enjoy some friendly competition. 

Junior SAC Camp meets weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the Fitness Court at Katy City Park from 9am to 10am. This is a rain or shine event unless the weather conditions are unsafe. If it's raining, plan on getting muddy! 

Weather policy: Should weather conditions cause a cancellation, Friday will be used as a makeup day. A full credit will be issued if weather conditions prevent camp all week. A 50% credit will be issued if weather conditions cause camp to meet fewer than twice in a week. No credit will be issued if camp meets twice or more in a week. Refunds may be issued in lieu of a credit on a case-by-case basis.
